If you walk two by two life will go easier just for you. If you are not alone You will have an eternal home. Alexandra R. Age 14 Draper The light sprinkle of light glinted the last few times before falling behind the veil of earth and water in hiding. The chilling breeze riffle annoyingly in her feathers but Forest was too calm to care. Forest rehursed the poem Scythe had told her when she went to a gathering and thought that Forest would be comforted about it. Something about the peom really interested her though didn't make her feel anymore comfortable, because she was never uncomfortable. Tserof was with her like it was a real person warming up beside her. Wind was brought to the ocean infront of her, the Hoolemere ocean. Green speckles was grouped at the horizon from her view it looked farther away than she could ever fly. Not that the idea of making her way there was very pleasent to her, she appreciate staying with her mother in the Veil of Silver. Her beautiful mother which would always be with her every time she though of her was pleasent.
"CooKoo KooCoo"
Forest Cooed while Tserof Kooed. Although Forest rarely experienced loneliness with Tserof part of her but she did feel cold and lonely. Her mother had allowed her to fly off alone when the sun sinks down into the horizon. Forest usually likes to be alone at these times but now a sudden deppression overrealmed her. Forest often felt like the only bird in the world because she's never got the privilage of meeting other owls. Slumping down she watched as the Ga'Hoolian owls took off on their daily flights with a sick feeling in her gizzard.

-------------- A new colour to Forest's eyes, a maroon owl of a breed that was also new to her hovered in front of her. The owl asked her if, most likely a he, could land to ask directions. Forest's mother had warned her before about strange owls but also Scythe had mentioned that strangers are just friends we haven't met. Forest hasn't met anyone making the situation hard for her. Murmuring a CooKoo, Forest hesitated for a moment. Her throat felt shaky and her gizzard brought up a shyness she's never known. Tserof disappeared back into where ever she was at times similar to these leaving Forest by herself. Forest turned her small semi-circled head to the new comer slightly nervous. Her green and yellow eyes took up the light of the moon glowing for a second as her head past it and stopped looking at him directly, skimming over the owl but not rudely. "G-go right ahead" The two voices announced in unison hiding all her gizzard emotions, though the Forest voice sounded stronger. Forest didn't know if he would be scared away by her but Tserof quickly removed that thought replacing it with her insaneness. With her strange coloured eyes and two sounding voice it almost sounded logical, however she remained as normal as her caregiver she'd grown to call mother and Scythe. Shifting over a bit giving a little more room on the large branch she perched upon Forest watched and waited. [/font]

Concord stared landing. why is that owl talking so strangly? He landed swiftly. He looked around to see the strange bird, its hollow, which was big enough to hold a family.... his head shifted back to the owl. "Err... Nice place....." his head shifted around to hold his ales better. "Do you know Talon Rock? I'm looking for it for... well, I'm just looking for something there..." Concord again remembered he was a stranger bird of the colors maroon and purple. "Oh sorry if I scared you. I can leave."

Forest cocked her head to the side a little questioned. Forest never got scared not because she wanted to be tough, not even, but hate never burned in her. Tserof found him interesting. Tserof wanted to pull out one of his interesting feathers but Forest resisted the urge. Forest, perched on a branch and no where near her hollow or any other simply ignored his complement. Forest looked at the sky for a long moment trying to think through both her mind and Tserof's for the directions.
"I umm..."
She murmured when she almost though she had the answer but stopped when she knew she didn't. Kylie had taught her about the kingdoms and where everything is not wanting to have an uneducated chick, which later on became useful for her hollow mate. Forest knew it was North, north, north, north, north what? She didn't know. Thinking harder Forest was practically vulnerable when Tserof took over.
The golden eye flicked green and the outer ends became as green as the leaves around them. Without warning Tserof jumped heading straight for the purple owl with out spread wings. Swiftly a flight feather from the owls wings were off and in Tserof's beak two wing-spans away. Tserof, on her bum, made a strange sound with only her voice sounding something like this.
"Ahhhhwwhaaaa!"
The feather was in her beak as the bottom part dangled down as she made the noise. Tserof was now happy to have a nice unusual purple coloured feather and would not be easy to let go. The large green eyes stared around as her red feather semi-circled head rolled around and stared at the other owl waiting for him to do something interesting before she did.

Confused, puzzled, and most of all, confuzzled. The other owl looked scared for some reason, why? she asked herself. Forest asked herself but, really, Tserof didn't care much. Tserof brought her wing over the strange purple feather, it was different from Kylie's and Scythe's and her owls. It felt weird, like unnormal to her, and looked like it was another colour before. It was a nice long feather, the end of it was tipped in brighter colour and there were other little strips along the feather. Rubbing the soft strange little feather ageist her face lovingly Tserof couldn't wait until she could show it off to Kylie and Scythe. Forest would've sighed, she didn't do anything after because it was already done, how was she going to explain this to him?
After Tserof had finished appreciating the feather did Forest finally do something. Bringing back the golden eye to its original colour Forest could see the other owl was getting ready for lift off. Now that he was already going Forest only did one thing before he left.
Still holding onto the purple feather, stretching out her wing she pointed to wards northeast to the place he wanted to go to. She didn't want to be too rude, at least she can point to him the direction of his destination after she had done that.

He started to fly and looked back to see the owl pointing northeast. Should I really take directions from this owl? might as well. and with an strange nod of the head, he flew off.
