its hard to understand what your talking about. stop with the "like" please.
I think you are saying is how do they choose how you get into a chaw.
the way to get into a chaw, is this.
when a new chick comes to the great tree, they are put with other new chicks, called the chawlet. they go throughout all the basics of each chaw, and the leader(s) of the chawlet finds out what group they are best in, and they then choose.
when its the "graduation", they go to dinner, and stay there alittle longer, where they are left a small sign in their nest which shows which they are in. some of the old signs are a molted feather, meaning tracking, a dried up grub, which is weather interpatation, ect.
tell me if you need anymore help, and I will find it out.

Well, in this site you have to go to the board "Chaws" under the Character category. There is a thread there called "Chaw Sorting". So just take the form and post in the Chaws board with that information. Afterwards the admins will sort your character in a chaw. And the Pure Ones are in the Shadow Forest. And if possible can you please stop with the chat speak? Its really annoying ya know, when your trying to read it.

it's get annoying... please type right.
there are normally 2-5 in a hollow at a time.
the sign normally is to show something related to the chaw, like maybe a used-out coal for blacksmith chaw, or a moltted feather for tracking, for thats what they look for.
the sign is just a object, and they are told what each sign means at the last dinner, but most allready know from gossip, and they go back, look in their hollow's nest, and once they find it, they will know.
when they will first meet, study, and pratice their chaws ability, is all set by the chaw ryb.
if you still have questions, ask away.

the pure ones were at the stationed all over, till they invaded St. Aggies. after the invasion, St. Aggies were broken up, and never really heard of again. The pure ones took the canyon land, and made their base there, using flecks as sheilds so no one could get in, and stole barn owl chicks to mass their army. the Ga'Hoolians thought thus wrong, and Soren and Eliziryb went out to destroy the flecks guarding by burning them with bonk coals. after that, the Ga'Hoole tree flew in, attacking using fire sticks and ice wepons form the north, which the battle the battle was called "The Battle of Fire and Ice" there tha canyon was burned of all thats green, and the pure ones mostly died, exept nayra (spelled it wrong, I know), which they spreaded out.
so the real awnser to your quesion is, they never really had a "base" intill they invaded st. Aggies.

Smashing. Although in this roleplay, the base is in Shadow Forest. And you might not want to spoil the rest of the book for them xP

well, good point. but I think this guest is asking for another site. not this one.
plus, can you sometime make a sub-board in chat called research, and for the discription, put "spoilers are posted in this, just for you to know." or something on the lines of that, and saying it has alot of infomation in it.
it will be where I will post small tib-bits form the books, like the charaters, storys, wars, importaint events, ect.

I have a question related to chaw stuff, and since this is a thread related to helping with chaw stuff, here is my question. In an owl creating application, I posted to be weather and colliering assistant.. do i have to post a chaw application with it as well..? and if so, do i make a thread in the chaw section and post it..?
